While booking tours on our website, the traveler should pay 20 % for booking.
After receiving your payment, we will provide you the tour voucher or final confirmation which will be sent to your email.
While booking any tour on our website you can always make a cancellation whenever you want, but please read these terms and conditions carefully.
The traveler must notify the travel agency as soon as possible if cancellation is required. We recommend each traveler read and review the cancellation policy.
What CAN be Refunded
In case of bad weather conditions or other serious reasons where our travel agency has to cancel the tour, WE PROVIDE you with a 100% REFUND.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
We make all hotel and tour schedule ahead of time.
Important. Any person who doesn’t appear on the day of departure will not be refunded
The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your booking can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to review the cancellation policy fully.

100% free cancellation 48 hours prior to the tour
0% refund for cancellations within 48 hours
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date you make Cancellation Request and travel service start date.
All cancellations must be made directly with Egyptboats Hurghada / Hurghada Sea Adventures , not third party tour providers
How to Cancel a Reservation
Contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and providing us your name, telephone numbe and reservation number. Once we will receive your cancellation request,you will be refunded automatically.

We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share with us.
We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our customers, which includes advising our customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
We will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, or are required by law.
Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
We will attempt to keep customer files complete, up-to-date, and accurate. We will tell our customers how and where to conveniently access their information (except when we’re prohibited by law) and how to notify us about errors which we will promptly correct.
